Privacy
This page describes how SkyLark Works handles the information submitted through enquiries and the records produced by laboratory work.
- 01
Information we collect
We collect the information you provide through an enquiry or assessment request — contact details, organisation, and the technical details of the material or prototype concerned — together with any files you choose to attach.
- 02
How information is used
Enquiry information is used to assess technical feasibility, to scope and carry out laboratory work, and to prepare the documentation that results from it. It is not used for unrelated marketing purposes.
- 03
Assessment records
Assessment records and reports are held under controlled access and are associated with a project reference. They are not published, and they are not disclosed to third parties except where you instruct us to do so or where we are legally required to.
- 04
Report verification
The verification page returns status information only. It never discloses report contents, client identity or project details, and a correctly formatted reference does not by itself grant access to any record.
- 05
Retention
Records associated with a completed programme are retained so that a finding can be traced back to the observations that produced it. Retention periods are agreed as part of the programme where a specific requirement applies.
- 06
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to any record-keeping obligations attached to a completed assessment. Requests are made through the contact page.
