Report references are issued only through controlled laboratory records. Verification confirms status alone — it never discloses the contents of a report.

Verifying a report reference
- What does a SkyLark Works report reference look like?
- References follow the format SKW-XXX-2026-XXXXX, where the middle segment identifies the assessment type and the final segment is the record number.
- Why can I not see the full report contents?
- Report status is shown against the reference, but the full contents are protected. Access requires the report password issued with the report to the authorised owner.
- What happens if a reference does not resolve?
- A reference that does not resolve means no matching controlled record was found for it. Contact SkyLark Works with the reference and the context in which it was received.
