  Use of this website

  The content of this website is provided for information about SkyLark Works and its laboratory activities. It does not constitute a technical opinion on any specific material, prototype or system.

  Enquiries and assessment requests

  Submitting an enquiry does not create an assessment, a report or a report reference. Laboratory work begins only once scope, method and handling conditions have been agreed in writing.

  Scope of reports

  A SkyLark Works report describes what was observed, under the conditions stated, using the methods stated. It should not be read as a statement about material that was not examined, or about behaviour outside the assessed conditions.

  Report references

  Report references are generated only through controlled laboratory records. A reference must not be reproduced, altered or presented in association with material other than that to which it was issued.

  Confidentiality

  Assessment records are treated as confidential to the commissioning party. SkyLark Works does not publish client identities, project details or findings without instruction.

• 06

  Liability

  Assessment outputs support technical decisions; they do not replace them. Responsibility for how a finding is applied in design, procurement or operation rests with the party making that decision.

  Changes

  These terms may be updated as services change. The version published on this page applies to use of the website at the time of access.
